MissTurman is a graduate of Salem High School and Radford University. She is employed as Sales Manager at S.H. Heironimus in Blacksburg, Va. Mr. Foster is a graduate of Radford High School and National Business College. He is employed as Personnel Manager of Russell Apparel in Radford, Va. The wedding is planned for May 14, 1994.
