OBIT CARTER, FLOSSIE IRENE

CARTER, Flossie Irene, 102, of Salem, died Tuesday, January 18, 1994. She is survived by three daughters, Mildred Bush, Salem, Ruth Knox, and Ruby Loving, both of Roanoke; ten grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 25, 1994, at 2 p.m. at the Lotz Salem Chapel, with the Rev. Gregg Reynolds officiating. Interment will be in Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday and 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Monday at the Lotz Salem Chapel.
