FOOD SERVICE COURSE FEB. 3

A 16-hour applied food service sanitation course will be held Feb. 3 and 10 at the Donaldson Brown Hotel and Conference Center at Virginia Tech.

The course will include instruction on contamination and food-borne illness, food storage, pest control, sanitation standards and safety regulations and other pertinent topics.
