OBIT-ALLS, MARVIN J.
ALLS, Marvin J., 74, of 3450 Bradshaw Rd., Elliston, died Sunday, January
23, 1994, in Lakeland, Fla. He was retired from the Roanoke County Schools and
was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his
wife, Mrs. Madie Palmer Alls, Elliston; one daughter and son-in-law, Betty and
George Dunn, Lafayette; one sister, Mrs. Grace Sewell, Salem; one
granddaughter and her husband, Rebecca and Ronnie Raines, Lafayette; one
grandson, Lee Dunn, Lafayette; three great-grandchildren, Jennifer Raines,
Brian Dunn and Darren Dunn. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, January
28, 1994, at Lafayette United Methodist Church with the Rev. Steve Greer and
the Rev. Bill Smith officiating. Interment in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.
