RICHIE-AYKEA, Nannie P., 49, of Silver Springs, Md., died Thursday, January 20, 1994. She is survived by one daughter, Sheila Richie-Griffey; one son, Samuel L. Richie Jr., one grandson, Sedrick D. Hunt; her mother, Mattie P. Hancock; godmother, Edith Dawkins; seven brothers, Troy G. Gill, Elton, Daniel, Carolton, Willie, Donald and Zebedee Poindexter; three sisters, Reva Hughes, Clessie Turner and Elaine Colloy; three aunts, Ruby Terry, Heddie Taborn and Evie Terry; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Friday, 1 p.m. at Hales Ford United Methodist Church, Franklin County. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Arrangements by Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home.
