The General Assembly has appointed or reappointed these judges:

Circuit Court, eight-year terms: Rudolph Bumgardner of Staunton, beginning Feb. 2; Donald McGlothlin of Russell County, beginning Feb. 1; Donald Mullins of Tazewell, beginning Feb. 16.

General District Court: Louis Campbell of Botetourt County, a six-year term beginning July 1.

Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, six-year terms: John Ferguson of Roanoke, beginning Feb. 1; Dale Harris of Lynchburg, beginning March 15; Dudley "Buzz" Emick of Botetourt County, beginning Feb. 1; Harrison May of Staunton, beginning March 15; Eugene Lohman of Washington County, beginning July 1.
