OBIT--FAISON, SIR WALTER

FAISON, Sir Walter, 85, of Roanoke, passed away Wednesday, January 26, 1994. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and retired from the VA Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice S. Faison. Survivors include his brother, Alfonso Faison of Roanoke; a devoted friend, Ruby Perry of Roanoke; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Saturday 11 a.m. at the Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. U. N. Broady will officiate with interment in Williams Memorial Park.
