OBIT--CASEY, RUTH FAWLEY, ("BOBBIE")

CASEY, Ruth Fawley, ("Bobbie"), 72, of Covington, died Wednesday night, January 26, 1994. Mrs. Casey was born December 8, 1921 in Augusta Springs, Va. a daughter of the late Grover C. Fawley Sr. and Remecca Little Fawley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry B. Casey Sr. in 1957. Surviving are three sons, Harry B. Casey Jr., Covington, Robert E. Casey, Roanoke, Richard F. Casey, Alexandria; one daughter, Mrs. W.F. (Cindy) Robertson, Salisbury, N.C.; seven grandchildren; one brother, G.C. Fawley Jr., Covington. Funeral service will be held Saturday morning 11 a.m. in the Arritt Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gary S. McGrew officiating assisted by Dr. Jeffery L. Grove. Interment will be in Alleghany Memorial Park. The family will receive their friends Friday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Arritt Funeral Home.
