HAYTER, Anita B., 91, of Abingdon, died Thursday, January 27, 1994, in
Johnston Memorial Hospital. Survivors include a grandson, Charles H. (Trey)
Smith of Roanoke, Va. Funeral services will be conducted at noon Saturday in
the Abingdon United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dr. Larry J. Ousley
officiating. The family suggests that expressions of sympathy may be in the
form of contributions to the Memorial Fund at the Abingdon United Methodist
Church, P.O. Box 1097, Abingdon, VA 24210. The family will receive friends at
the church from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday. There will not be any visitation
at the funeral home. Campbell Funeral Home of Abingdon is in charge of
arrangements.
