Michael J. Coseo and Laverne E. Coseo of Fries asked for reorganization and protection from creditors. Michael Coseo operates as New River Coatings Inc. and Henderson Harbor Development Corp. They did not file estimates of assets and liabilities.
Lesie Lee Jarrels Jr. of Blacksburg sought reorganization and protection. He does business as Central Texaco. He said both assets and liabilities were in the range of $100,000 to $499,999.
Deborah Leigh Knapp Smith of Blacksburg filed for liquidation. Her business is Golden Oldies. She said she had assets of $19,425 and liabilities of $63,744.
Lonnie Whitfield Blount and Linda Gish Blount of Troutville filed for liquidation. They operate Pretty Dog Pet Grooming. They listed assets of $136,841 and liabilities of $165,070.
