DRUG TESTING UPHELD

Valdosta, Ga., home of one of the nation's most successful football programs, will be the home of the National High School Football Hall of Fame.

The National High School Football Hall of Fame Foundation, with a board that includes the governor of Georgia and Atlanta Olympics chief Billy Payne, will operate the hall. Another board member is Nick Hyder, coach of Valdosta High School, which has won 22 state titles.
