NELLUMS, William E., 57, of 403 W. Franklin St., Bedford, died Wednesday, January 26, 1994, in the Bedford County Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 31, 1994, at 1 p.m. in the Bedford Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Fairmont Cemetery in Bedford. The remains will lie in state two hours prior to funeral time. The family will receive friends at the residence of his aunt, Mrs. Lucille McGinnis of 322 South St., Bedford.
