OBIT--VAUGHT, J. J., ("JIMMY")

VAUGHT, J. J., ("Jimmy"), 67, of Marion died Wednesday, January 26, 1994, in Johnson City Medical Center. Mr. Vaught was owner and operator of J.J. Vaught Transfer Company and a lifetime member of the Fulton United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ruth Vaught of Marion; two daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and Russell Kelly of Rural Retreat, Va., Jamie and Michael Coleman of Johnson City, Tenn.; one granddaughter, Martha Kelly; one step-granddaughter, Amber Coleman; one brother, Harold F. Vaught of Mosheim, Tenn. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 29, 1994, 2 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with the Rev. Buford Hankins and the Rev. Dwight Kilbourne officiating. Entombment will follow in Rose Lawn Cemetery. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the Fulton United Methodist Church, c/o Jack Dutton, Route 2 Box 134, Rural Retreat, VA 24368. The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
