Stacey Lynn Barton and LutherLawrence Kelly, III, are engaged and planning to be married in Roanoke at Greene Memorial United Methodist Church on May 28, 1994. Stacey is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Gene Barton of Roanoke ,Va. She is a 1985 graduate of Cave Spring High School and is employed by Skeeter's Restaurant in Atlanta, Ga. Luther is the son of Mrs. Barbara Johnson of Memphis, Tenn. He is a graduate of Central High in Memphis and the Unversity of Tennessee, and is employed by Spinnaker's Restaurant as Area Director in Atlanta, Ga.
