Cheyenne Carrie Perdue and William Scott Walters are engaged and planning to be married August 20, 1994 in Roanoke. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.Thomas E. Perdue. She was graduated from Cave Spring High School and iscurrently attending Radford University. He is the son of Mr. Richard E. Walters of Burke, Va., and Mrs. Linda JoyceSchumaker. He was graduated from Lake Braddock Secondary School and Radford University.
