Tracy Suzette Storey and Christopher Goddard Rogers, both of Nashville, Tennessee, are engaged and plan to be married April 30, 1994. Tracy is the daughter of Mrs. Marian Van DeGrift of Pasadena, California. Mr. Rogers is the son of Mrs. William Andrew Dickinson of Roanoke and the late Judge Robert Jett Rogers. The wedding will take place in Nashville.
