Mr. and Mrs. Ronald E. Williams of Roanoke, Va., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Lynne, to James B. Glenn, II, also of Roanoke. Mr. Glenn is the son of Patricia Slusher Stump of Charlotte, N.C.

Miss Williams is a graduate of Cave Spring High School and High PointUniversity. She is employed by Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Mr. Glenn is a graduate of Patrick Henry High School and Hampden-Sydney College. He is employed by The Eureka Company.
