Millner leaped 46 feet, 7 inches to win the triple jump Saturday, after taking the long-jump title Friday at 22-11. He qualified for the Group AAA state indoor meet in both events.
Carl Lewis of Pulaski County finished fourth in the long jump with a leap of 21-8 1/2.
The Fleming 800-meter relay team finished fifth with a time of 1 minute, 33.7 seconds. Millner ran a leg of the event, along with LeRoy Witt, Ernest Harrington and Kelvin Austin.
Jason Dowdy of Cave Spring finished sixth in the 3,200 meters, completing the race in 10:03.1.
In girls' competition, Jennifer Pohlig of Pulaski County won the 3,200 and Emily Rakes finished first in the high jump.
Pohlig finished the 3,200 in 11:38.2, and Rakes cleared 5-4. Both qualified for the Group AAA state meet.

Stonewall Jackson-Manassas defeated Franklin County 40-24 to capture the Northwestern Region wrestling title at Halifax County High School in Halifax.
The Eagles had defeated Garfield 37-15 in the first round and Woodbridge 36-24 in a quarterfinal to advance to the championship round.
Stonewall Jackson downed Albemarle 59-7 in the first round and William Fleming in a quarterfinal 42-12.
William Fleming's lone victory came against Osbourn Park. The Colonels won that quarterfinal match 35-24.
