LEXINGTON - Nathan Baker and Mike McElroy nearly outscored the Wildcats by themselves as the Fighting Blues breezed to a non-district victory.
Baker had 20 points and McElroy added 18, and Parry McCluer bolted to a 43-19 halftime lead.
Rockbridge County got 14 points from Martin Mayercheck and 12 from Michael Chambers.

BUCHANAN - James Fisher scored 18 points, including the tying basket with 15 seconds left in regulation, and the Rockets slipped past the Knights in a Pioneer District game.
Craig County (2-5, 1-3) led 47-42 when Fisher made a 3-pointer to cut it to two points. James River's Chris Firebaugh missed the front end of a one-and-one and Fisher got loose for a layup that sent the game to overtime.
The Rockets were 5-of-6 from the line in the extra period and outscored the Knights 9-2.
Craig County also got 16 points from Robby Huffman and 11 from Gary Abbott.
James River (2-6, 1-3), which made just seven of 17 free throw attempts, was led by Shahan Burrell with 12 and Brian Shorter with 11. \

FORT CHISWELL - Dyer Jackson and Jody Burnett combined for 45 points as the Pioneers (5-6) defeated the Indians in a non-district game.
Fort Chiswell finished with 14 steals, and eight of the 10 Pioneers players scored. Jackson, a wing, had 25 points, and Burnett, a center, had 20 points and 11 rebounds.
For Rural Retreat, Stephen Prat had 17 points, Bradley Guynn 16, Rusty Crigger 12 and Robert Kell 10. \

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Alex Sanders led five players in double figures with 26 points as the Warriors swamped Doss.
Mark Blount added 23 points and Roanoke native Curtis Staples had 19 for Oak Hill (23-1), which led 51-25 at halftime and never looked back.
The Dragons (12-5) got 21 points from Stefon Shackles. \
Friday's game
\ Castlewood 62, George Wythe 60: At Castlewood, the Blue Devils (6-8, 4-4) scored their first victory in the school's new gym opened this year as Marty Halloway scored 25 points in the Hogoheegee District clash.
Wythe (7-5, 6-2) had a chance to tie when Jeff Bourne missed a shot with 10 seconds left. Skip Copenhaver rebounded and was fouled. He missed the one-and-one with three seconds left, but rebounded and threw up an off-balance shot that wouldn't fall. Wythe was paced by Aaron Andrews with 20 points.
