OBIT ROBERTS, FRANCES ELIZABETH

ROBERTS, Frances Elizabeth, 91, of Roanoke, passed away Saturday, January 29, 1994, in a local hospital. She was a long time member of First Baptist Church (where she was in the Mary-Martha Bible Class), and bowled with the Roanoke Blind Bowlers for 20 years. Surviving are two sisters, Kathleen R. Winant, Mrs. Dan L. Montague both of Roanoke; three nieces, Mary Anne Davis, Shelby, N.C., Jane R. Scott, Roanoke, Anne R. Brown, Brownwood, Texas; a nephews Dan L. Montague Jr., Kernersville, N.C.; two great nieces and two great nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at noon Monday from Oakey's Roanoke Chapel with Dr. Charles G. Fuller officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Burial Park. Friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel where the family will be from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
