OBIT MORGAN, LULA GOUGER
MORGAN, Lula Gouger, 86, of Roanoke, died Tuesday, February 1, 1994. She
was the widow of Frank Nichols Morgan. Mrs. Morgan was a member of the DAR; a
graduate of National Business College and retired employee of the V. A.
Regional Office. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Jack B. Horner of
DeLand, Fla., Barbara C. Kemp, Wheaton, Ill., Nancy G. Smith, Pinehurst, N.C.,
Dr. William Brevard Gouger III of Philadelphia, Penn., James Gouger of
Concord, N.C. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, February 4, 1994,
at Oakey's South Chapel with burial to follow in Sherwood Memorial Park.
Friends may call at Oakey's South Chapel Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of
flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to a charity of
your choice.
