OBIT COLEMAN, MARVIN RUFUS

COLEMAN, Marvin Rufus, 81, of Glendale Road, Galax, died Monday, January 31, 1994, in his home. He is survived by his wife, Nena; son and daughter-in-law, Johnny Lee and Deena Coleman, Hillsville, Va.; daughter, Ruby Delene Coleman, Galax; grandson, Justin Coleman; two sisters, Hattie Delp, Galax, Ethel Ramey of Elkins, Md.; brother, Troy Coleman, Galax; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 2 p.m. Thursday, in the Providence United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The officiating minister is the Rev. Fred Jennings. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home, Galax.
