APPLAUSE

The Blacksburg Junior Woman's Club is involved in many worthy community projects. For the past six years, the group has assisted New River Valley Hospice during National Hospice month in November. Members donate food, decorations and table service and serve as hostesses for Hospice's annual volunteer recognition dinner.

Club members also sponsor, support and coordinate activities which benefit Literacy Volunteers of the New River Valley, the Women's Resource Center, the Montgomery-Floyd Regional Library and the Steppin' Out festival.
