Mr. and Mrs. David H. Barger ofBuchanan and Mr. and Mrs. Richard L. Sutor of Roanoke are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Paula Annette, toJeffery Brian Rhoades. Brian is the son of Jeffery Barker Rhoades and Betty Joann Wheeler.

Paula will be an honor graduate from James River High School in June and has completed and received her license in Cosmetology. She is employed at Stylemasters of Roanoke.

Brian is a 1992 graduate of James River High School and is employed at Plastic One in Roanoke.

A July 2, 1994, wedding is planned.
