Mr. and Mrs. H. Edward Carr of Vinton, are pleased to announce theengagement of their daughter, Laura Lee, to Michael Nathan Foutz, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Herbert Foutz of Hardy.

Laura Lee is a graduate of William Byrd High School and Virginia Western Community College. She is employed by First Union Bank.

Mike is a graduate of Staunton River High School and Virginia WesternCommunity College. He is employed by Wilson Trucking Corp.
