Nancy Gail Gwaltney and MichaelJoseph Stopper are engaged and planning to

Williamsport, Pa., and the late Patricia G. Stopper. He is a graduate of
Williamsport Area High School and the University of Pittsburgh, and is
employed by American Management Systems, Inc. in Arlington, Va.
