Mr. & Mrs. George W. Skaggs, Jr. of Roanoke are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Leigh Ann Skaggs, to William Craig Bush, both of Charlottesville. He is the son of Mr. & Mrs. James R. Bush of Roanoke and the grandson of Mrs. Nannie Bush of Roanoke and Mrs. Norma Biller, formerly of Roanoke.

The wedding will be held on May 21 at Salem Presbyterian Church.
