ROANOKE WINS, STAYS UNDEFEATED IN ODAC

Kristie Workman scored 16 points and added eight assists and seven steals as Roanoke College routed Randolph-Macon Woman's College 91-44 on Saturday to stay unbeaten in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference.

Workman, a senior from Radford, connected on all four of her 3-point attempts.

Roanoke (13-4 overall, 11-0 in the ODAC) led by 16 points at halftime and shot 59 percent from the floor.

CONWAY, S.C. - Nicole Gardiner and Shannan Wilkey combined for 45 points to lead the Highlanders (9-9, 7-4) to a Big South Conference victory over the Chanticleers (9-10, 6-5).

Gardiner had 23 points, including nine of Radford's final 11, and Wilkey added 22 points.

Coastal Carolina led 20-10 midway through the first half, but the Highlanders closed the half with a 27-12 run.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - Roxanne Cannaday scored 15 points as the Monarchs edged the Panthers in a Dixie Conference game.

Methodist (12-7) forced Ferrum (13-7) into 24 turnovers and 34 percent field-goal shooting.
