`NEWS FROM THE HEART'

Montgomery Regional Hospital is distributing a four-part series of information called ``News From the Heart'' in honor of American Heart Month. Each week throughout February, a different flier will be distributed free from the Center for Women's Health Education at the New River Valley Mall.

This year's theme from the American Heart Association is ``Kids who use their brains use their bodies.'' The literature addresses exercising, eating right and not smoking as ways for young people to care for their hearts.
