BULLDOGS CRUISE TO PIEDMONT TITLE

Martinsville dominated the Piedmont District wrestling tournament Saturday, beating Patrick County 237 1/2-156 1/2 for the team title.

Seven Bulldogs wrestlers lost in the finals, but their balance was enough to separate them from the rest of the field. Magna Vista finished fourth, Laurel Park was fifth, Bassett was sixth and Fieldale-Collinsville was seventh.
