PAYNE, Vinnie Floyd, 84, of Roanoke, passed away Sunday, February 6, 1994. She was preceded in death by her son, Riley Payne. Survivors include five daughters, Annie Payne, Virginia Ashwell, Ollie Hill, Mattie and Walter Lawton, all of Roanoke, Lorraine and Allen Bradley, Washington, D.C.; three sons, Frank Payne, Washington, D.C., John and Evelyn Payne, New Jersey, Isaih and Ruby Payne, Washington, D.C.; one stepson, Moses Page, Washington, D.C.; 25 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
