AUTHOR TELLS ALL ABOUT SNL

BLACKSBURG - Author Doug Hill, who helped write "Saturday Night: A Backstage History of Saturday Night Live," will bring to Virginia Tech his insider's view of one of the nation's best-known comedy programs. Hill will be on campus Wednesday at 7 p.m. in Colonial Hall at Squires Student Center.

Admission is free.

Hill and co-author Jeff Weingrad chronicled the origins and formative years of Saturday Night Live in their book.

Hill's multi-media presentation, "Sex, Drugs and Censorship," will recall the show's history and highlights.
