SMALLWOOD, Dorothy Mabel, 82, of Roanoke, died Tuesday, February 8, 1994. She was the widow of Bennie L. Smallwood and is survived by her brothers, I. J. Minnix, Woodrow Minnix, George O. Minnix, all of Roanoke; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at the Lotz Roanoke Chapel by W. Wilson Jamison, Minister, with burial in Franklin Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Lotz Roanoke Chapel.
