``WINTER BLUES'' WORKSHOP SET

A "Mood Busters" workshop for transforming the winter blues is being held for parents and teachers on Wednesday Feb. 16 at 7 p.m. at the Rainbow Riders clubhouse, 2470 Ramble Road. The hour long workshop will concentrate on ways to bring out the creative gifts of parents, teachers and children.
