ARMY OFFERING APPLICANT BONUSES

The U.S. Army is offering bonuses of $5,000 to $6,000 for qualified applicants enlisting for selected infantry and armor jobs. Additional bonuses are available for combat arms applicants who score in the top half of the military aptitude test and begin training before March. 28.

Applicants also are eligible for the Army's Loan Repayment program, which pays off student loans, or the Army College fund, which helps pay for college after serving four years in the military.
