WEATHER WIPES OUT 2 SEMINARS

The Bass Fishing Techniques '94 seminar, scheduled for today and Sunday at the Holiday Inn Tanglewood in Roanoke, has been postponed. There was no word Friday from the sponsor, Virginia Tech, about a new date.

The National Rifle Association canceled the NRA Great American Hunters Tour scheduled Friday at the Roanoke Civic Center. All prepaid ticket-holders will be contacted by NRA headquarters and credits will be issued immediately, said Ed Klecka, an NRA spokesman.
