Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd E. Parsell of Roanoke are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Mary Carol, to Marshall Shayne Page, son of Mr. and Mrs. Marshall W. Page of Roanoke. Mary Carol is a graduate of Northside High School and will graduate from Radford University in May 1994. She has been accepted to the Radford University Graduate College and will be earning an M.S. in Special Education. Shayne is a graduate of Northside High School and Virginia Wesleyan College. He is earning a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and an M.S. in Veterinary Medical Sciences at Virginia Tech. An August 1994 wedding is planned.
