OBIT-CURBOW, GENE OLIVER

CURBOW, Gene Oliver, 60, of Roanoke County, died Saturday, February 12, 1994, in a local hospital. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Korean Conflict. Mr. Curbow was a member of Cave Spring Baptist Church, the DAV and the VAW. He is survived by his wife, Cleta Curbow, Roanoke; three children, Stacey Miracle, Tennessee, LeaAnn Curbow, Fairfax, Christie Hodges, Roanoke; four grandchildren; two brothers. Funeral services will be held at Oakey's South Chapel 1 p.m. Tuesday with Dr. Woodrow W. Clark officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at Oakey's South Chapel.
