OBIT TAYLOR, WILLIAM RAY

TAYLOR, William Ray, 54, of Roanoke, died Monday, February 14, 1994 in a Roanoke hospital. He was a member of Shenandoah Baptist Church and an employee of Coca-Cola Bottling Company. Surviving are his ex-wife, Marbella B. Watkins; two sons, John W. Taylor and Shannon Ray Taylor of Roanoke; one daughter, Melva Jean Taylor, Roanoke; a grandson, Cody Ray Taylor; one sister, Marjorie Shepard of Kentucky; one brother, Buddy Taylor of Baltimore. Funeral services will be at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel at noon Wednesday with the Rev. Robert W. Alderman officiating with interment in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel after 9 am Tuesday.
