OBIT MCNEL, MARIE MAGGIE

McNel, Marie Maggie, 68, of Roanoke, died Sunday, February 13, 1994. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Marcella and George Steptoe; one brother, Clarence Leftwich, all of Roanoke; two grandchildren, George Steptoe Jr., Alexandria, Clintonia Steptoe, Roanoke; two great-grandchildren, Tynishia and Terrail Steptoe, both of Roanoke; a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral 2 p.m. Thursday at Maple Street Baptist Church, with the Rev. Marvin Fields officiating. Interment in Williams Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home.
