The Library of Congress, a library where the public cannot check out books but members of Congress can, has a big problem with overdue books, Newsweek reports.

About 300,000 of the library's 16.4 million book collection are officially overdue. Among the MIA books: Abbie Hoffman's "Steal This Book."

Michael Jackson snapped his fingers and sang a couple of verses from his mega-hit "Billie Jean" on Monday while testifying in a federal copyright-infringement lawsuit over the song "Dangerous."

He said he wrote the lyrics for "Dangerous" while sitting in the dark and listening to the bass track of another of his songs, "Street Walker."

Denver songwriter Crystal Cartier claims Jackson stole "Dangerous" from her. If she wins her lawsuit, she plans to seek more than $40 million in damages.
