OBIT JOHNSON, GRAVELY MANUEL

JOHNSON, Gravely Manuel, 73, of Roanoke, died Monday, February 14, 1994. Mr. Johnson was a Navy veteran of World War II and was retired from Shepherd's Auto Supply. He was preceded in death by his wife, Myrtle Hill Johnson, and is survived by a daughter, Miss Sandra Ilene Johnson, Roanoke; two sons, Gravely M. Johnson Jr., Ronald P. Johnson, both of Roanoke; a brother, Samuel L. Johnson, Roanoke; three sisters, Miss Margaret C. Johnson, Delores F. Nichols, Victoria F. Spradlin, all of Roanoke; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel Thursday, February 17, 1994 at 10:30 a.m., with the Rev. Tom Foley officiating. Interment in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
