Wayne Newton sued the owners of his Wayne Newton Theatre in Branson, Mo., for $5 million Wednesday, accusing them of mismanagement, defamation and of shorting him of $600,000 from his $6 million contract for last year. The '94 season at the 3,000-seat theater, however, will go on.
