TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR SALEM-NORTHSIDE

Northside officials will put 200 basketball tickets on sale to the public on a first-come, first-serve basis today at 4:30 p.m. at the Vikings' gym for tonight's Blue Ridge District game against Salem.

Each school was allocated 300 tickets for advance sale Thursday. The only other people who will be admitted to the gym for the game, which starts at 7:30 p.m., will be those with passes that are good for all Virginia High School League and Blue Ridge District games.

Salem will win the Blue Ridge District title with a victory tonight. If Northside wins, the schools will have a playoff on Monday at a neutral site for the regular season championship and spot in the Region III tournament.
