OBIT MULLINS, FRANCES PERDUE

MULLINS, Frances Perdue, 64, of Niceville, Fla., formerly of Roanoke, passed away Sunday, February 13, 1994. She is survived by her husband, Fred F. Mullins, Niceville, Fla.; two sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Ginger Mullins, Mossey Head, Fla., Paul and Cindy Mullins, Pensacola, Fla.; and five grandchildren; also two sisters and brothers-in-law, Elizabeth and Scott Knowles, Hemet, Calif., Janis and Bill Hayden, Vinton; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Earl and Winn Perdue, Thaxton, James and Nancy Perdue, Roanoke. A memorial service will be held in Pensacola, Fla. on Friday, February 18.
