OBIT--RICHARDSON, ROBERT LEE

RICHARDSON, Robert Lee, 66, of Route 1, Callaway, died Thursday evening, February 17, 1994, in a Roanoke hospital. Surviving are his wife, Louise J. Richardson; two daughters and sons-in-law, Elaine and David Carter, Jennifer and Roger Pendleton, all of Ferrum; eight grandchildren, Scarlett, Melissa, Martha and Matthew Carter, Lisa, Kevin, Devin and Travis Pendleton; two brothers, Fred Richardson of Unidilla, N.Y., and Donald Richardson, Greenville, Tn.; one sister, Helen Barrett, Bristol. Funeral services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel, 2 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. Christine Payden-Travers officiating. Interment will follow in the Richards Family Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 pm Saturday with the family receiving friends from 7 to 9 pm at Flora Funeral Service, 342 South Main Street, Rocky Mount.
