OBIT--HYNSON, ALINE HILL
HYNSON, Aline Hill, 80, of Buena Vista, died Thursday, February 17, 1994,
in the Friendship Manor in Roanoke. Although she had lived with her daughter
and son--in-law for the past several years, she always considered Buena Vista
her home. Mrs. Hynson was born in Greenlee on March 13, 1913, a daughter of
the late James Andrew Hill and Mary Watkins Hill and was the widow of James
Martin Hynson. She was a member of the Arnolds Valley Southern Baptist Church
and was retired from Burlington Industries after 28 years of service.
Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Joyce H. and Robert G. Menk, Vinton;
three brothers, Floyd Hill, Natural Bridge Station, James Hill, Natural Bridge
Station, Grover Hill, Natural Bridge Station; a sister, Helen Hayslette, Port
Huneme, Calif., and was a very special grandmother to, Terri and Fred Haynes,
Nina and Ritchie Goad, Kathy and Jeff Wallace, Chuck and Carolyn Moore, Jimmy
Moore, and nine great-grandchildren all of Roanoke. Funeral services will be
conducted Sunday, February 20, 1994, 2 p.m. at the Bolling, Grose & Lotts
Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Terry Hodge officiating with burial to follow in
the Glasgow Cemetery, Glasgow. The family will receive friends Saturday from 7
to 8 p.m. at the Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Service, Buena Vista.
