Mrs. James V. Snow of Roanoke announces the engagement of her daughter,
Julie Ann Snow, to James Karl Strasser, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bradt of
Sloansville, New York. Ms. Snow is a graduate of Radford University and is
employed with the Franklin County School System. Mr. Strasser is a graduate of
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is employed with General Electric. An
April wedding is planned.
