WIMMER-RIGGS

Amy Susan Riggs and Mark Thomas Wimmer were married January 1st in Chazy Presbyterian Church, Chazy, N. Y. The bride's attendants were Beth Wimmer Cosmato, sister of the groom, Debbie Slosson and Wendy Holdeworth. The flowergirl was Kelley Jean Dumas. The groom's father, Mark F. Wimmer, Jr., was best man. Ushers were Jim Riggs, brother of the bride, Doug Saunders and Scott Sitka. A reception was held at the home of Mrs. Miriam Wiley.

The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Riggs of Chazy, N. Y., is a graduate of the University of Virginia and UVA School of Nursing. She is a nurse at UVA Hospital in Charlottesville.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Mark F. Wimmer, Jr., and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Greer Robertson, Mrs. Alice Wimmer and the late Forest (Bud) Wimmer, all of Salem, Va. A graduate of Glenvar High School and the University of Virginia, Mark will graduate from UVA School of Medicine in May.

After a honeymoon cruise, the couple is living in Charlottesville.
