FARRAKHAN SEES JEWISH `CONSPIRACY'

Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan told an interviewer that he sees a Jewish media conspiracy to destroy him, and said that although the Holocaust was wrong, blacks have suffered one "100 times worse" than the Jews.

In an interview shown Saturday night on Black Entertainment Television, Farrakhan spoke of the media's response to a full-page ad in The New York Times bought by the Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith. "My question is, is there Jewish manipulation of the media?" Farrakhan said on the "Conversation With Ed Gordon" program.

"When [the ADL] put the ad in the paper, all of the media started writing. And the writers, if you look at their names, most of their names are Jewish, and they wrote similarly throughout the country," Farrakhan said. He mentioned only The Washington Post and The Washington Times by name.
